The Liquefaction Plants we design and manufacture at Furuise Europe are reliable, simple and fast to install.
We have developed a modular Liquefaction Plant design that offers significant advantages as it improves the supply time of a conventional plant by reducing the installation time. It also means improved finished quality, as they are manufactured in our facilities instead of on site. This is also why we obtain better results in non-destructive tests.
The sizes of the plants range from 15 to more than 300 Tn/day of LNG production (18,000 to 375,000 Nm3/d). The system we habitually use is the SMR (Single Mixed Refrigerant) with its MR and MRC variants meaning that our plants ensure constant, reliable functioning at low costs and with simple operations.
Furuise Europe has experience in the SMR process as well as in the expanded N2 process. Nevertheless, it recommends the use of the SMR process as it is more efficient and offers greater productivity, energy consumption that is 22% lower than the expanded N2 process, and is a simpler process that requires less equipment, a compact modular design and greater flexibility in the composition of the gas received.
